What happens during an Ayurvedic treatment or massage?
Ayurvedic treatment begins with a consultation where you fill out a form detailing your medical history, allergies, and concerns. This helps us customize your treatment for safety and comfort. It is advisable to wait at least two hours before showering to maximize the oil's benefits; longer is preferable for better results.
